Misuse of DiviGain's Name and Brand
DiviGain occasionally becomes aware of fraudulent websites, third-party applications (Apps), and instant messaging chat groups (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat) that are purported to be run by DiviGain or are impersonating our traders club. These illegal schemes usually use the name and/or trademarks of our company without our authorization to induce people to join a chat group or download an App that is then used to defraud them.
The purpose of this notice is to alert the public to the nature of these fraudulent schemes and to warn the public that these third-party schemes are illegal and not authorized by DiviGain. DiviGain is not in any way associated with these fraudulent and illegal schemes.
When DiviGain learns of these fraudulent schemes, we will endeavor to take appropriate action including alerting regulatory authorities and work with law enforcement to shut down the fraudulent schemes.

Fraud / Mobile Applications
DiviGain does not currently offer any mobile applications. We also do not maintain official channels on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat.
While some of our Traders may utilize WhatsApp or Telegram for communication, please be advised that these channels and groups are not managed or endorsed by DiviGain.
Fraud / Report of Fraud or Misuse
If you encounter or suspect any activity involving fraudulent websites or Apps claiming to be related to DiviGain and would like to share such information with us, please contact us via this email address: fraud@divigain.com.
Provide us with a copy of the email, letter and/or cheque or, if you were contacted by phone, the date and time of the call.
